Cold food as usual, would not recommend this mcdonald's, prices now have gone up considerably, staff have always been very helpful.

The entry system to this franchise is terribly designed.They have staff ushering cars to use the car park lane as a drive through lane to join the twin order points. This causes a back log spilling into the coincidentally poorly designed one way system.Parking: Restructure needed.

Staff were rude to delivery drivers and showed no effort with me as a customer at the counter.Toilets are below a decent standard of quality and generally the atmosphere is dull.EV chargers are blocked by non EV cars and not policed. Whoever chose to put them in a McDonalds car park made a bad decision.Car park is not sufficient size for volume of people going in and out.Food arrived at the counter relatively quick but 5 minutes for just 1 happy meal is still not ideal. Quality of food was standard of McDonalds.

Make sure you check your food if you do a drive thru.... i ordered 2x nugget happy meals... we got 2x hamburger meals... suffice to say they became 'screaming,shouting and generally very unhappy meals' thanks for making us parents life even more difficult... especially at xmas. Whatever mcd's.

Lady called Sam has pulled score up by one star. Great service from her: happy to help and caring with kids.On the up side: clean restaurant, nice hot food, quick. Tablets working in kids area.On bad side: usual smelly toilets as per MCdonalds and delivery drivers parked on footpath.Therefore it would be 3 stars if it wasn't for lady called Sam who made it all good.Coming back.

Chaos and cold chipsDrive through was busy and queuing onto the road so parked up and went inside. While waiting for our order there were kids that were messing around and one even ran into the back of the kitchen doing god knows what. No control from the staff. It was extremely busy but everything was badly organised. Lots of food waiting to be bagged up, the order numbers after us were getting served before us and we ended up waiting 25 minutes and even didn't receive our fries. Food was stone cold at this point. Perhaps leadership from a manager would be advised and staff couldn't cope with the amount of orders and children being disruptive.

Always been able to get the breakfast sausage patties on their own at every mcd's I've ever been to, usually 50p each. Apparently not at this one! Had to pay near £5 for 3 patties and syrup. Very slow service and the food looked like it had been assembled at long range. Worst McDonald's I've been to in a long time!

We asked for some mac sauce on a quater pounder and they said to us that they couldn't do it and that they’ve never done it, but we always got it there. The manager Liam accused me of lying. After i got home i realised out order we was missing 2 portions of chips and our cokes were only filled half way, which was obviously done on purpose. Being accused of lying was very disrespectful and rude. I also would have better customer care from Mac Donlads
This McDonalds has a problem with youths aged 12-15 constantly hanging out inside who are rude and generally ruin the experience for everyone. Don’t bring your kids here unless you want them to hear every swear in the sun.

The service here is easily the worst I've experienced from any McDonald's around the country. No idea why it takes them so long to do anything, but the food is often cold by the time you get it. It doesn't matter if you use the drive through, or go inside. Both are equally poor.

The food would have been 5 stars had it been more than lukewarm. Was really looking forward to trying the new philly cheese stack, seems like a good burger but would have preferred it hot. It was really busy, the service was pretty quick but can't see why at the time we went, 12-12-15, it would be cold, especially with the turnover of customers at the time. Rare family treat and travelled to east grinstead for it but, as all the food was cold, a bit of a let down

AGREED THAT IT WAS STILL A LITTLE HECTIC AT 09:00 BUT THE SERVICE WAS LOWER THAN USUAL- WE NEVER EXPECT MUCH - YOU THEN ARE AT LEAST NOT GOING TO BE WORSE OFF - SO ORDERING FROM THE BIG SCREEN DID NOT HELP - THE ORDER WAS STILL MISSING A BURGER AND THE MCFLURRY (4) ALL HALF OR LESS FULL - COME ON LETS GET IT RIGHT WE DID PAY - NOT A FREEBY
