Came here for a cold brew, a drink I've ordered many times before at other Starbucks. This one in this store was overly watered down and as a result didn't taste very good. The ratio was all off.

Great coffee and place to people watch. The staff here are amazing! So polite even when the lady in front was complaining about her change being 20p short... the girls smiled and solved the problem quickly without any thanks! I shall come back for sure.

I’ve always had good service and well made drinks from this particular Starbucks. Often use it when visiting the nearby Bluebell Railway. The store is on Sainsburys but as well as being able to access it from inside there is also a separate door for those not wanting to go into the shop.Kid-friendliness: Perfectly suitable for kids.Parking: Shared car park with Sainsburys - plenty of spaces available each time I’ve been.Wheelchair accessibility: Both entrances wheelchair accessible and plenty of space to navigate inside the store.
I popped in to get a coffee on a busy Saturday morning when there was a long queue of people waiting for drinks. I told a member of staff that I’d have to leave the coffee to get to the train station on time. Moments later a member of staff came running out with my coffee - I didn’t expect this at all but it was a very kind and warm gesture. Thank you! I do appreciate it :)

Handy for a coffee if you are waiting at Sainsbury's but not much atmosphere. If it's sunny there are a few seats outside next to the car park.I don't think I would choose to go there just for coffee, there ar much nicer places in East Grinstread.

The woman who served me didn't understand my drink... it's a basic venti blonde vanilla iced latte with vanilla sweet cream cold foam.Unfortunately what she read out to me is not what I ordered. Where she missed out the vanilla syrup within the coffee, my drink turned out bitter. So much so, I had to divert extra to come home to add my own!!! Not the experience you aim for on a passing experience within the supermarket.Wasn't the man's fault who made my drink, purely confusion on the till workers side. Am reluctant to return... as an ex barista, drink orders aren't that complicated. Especially a basic iced vanilla latte with a foam topping...Parking: Parking is for sainsbury customers only. There is no disabled access parking spots near the starbucks entrance.

There were not enough staff. Only one guy making drinks. People waiting up to 15 minutes after being served then getting incorrect drinks. The poor barista was very stressed.
