“Luggage went missing on the return flight but the BA team on the ground were helpful when we landed. The world tracker system was a little frustrating as it didn't provide much information until the bag was with the courier (4 days later). Once the bag was with the courier the communication improved but I think there should be more initial communication / reassurance for customers with missing bags.”
