It’s ok. But it’s pretty big in here and they don’t clear tables very quickly so there’s nowhere to sit unless you clear them yourself. The queue can be out the door and service is slow to get food and drinks.

The toilets were soooooo bad. The most disgusting I have seen in a long time. For a food establishment you'd think they would have a cleaner for 2 toilets!

Food and drinks were ok, but let down by the rest of the cafe setting.Lots of haphazardly arranged tables and chairs made manoeuvring a wheelchair almost impossible. Staff friendly behind counter, but offered no assistance otherwise.Cafe was full of noisy yapping dogs in a food setting!Disabled toilets were filthy, water and toilet paper all over the floor, and black 'stuff' over many surfaces, obviously had not been cleaned for a long time. Very unpleasant experience to use it.Wheelchair accessibility: Extremely difficult to manoeuvre due to cramped and haphazard layout of the seating area. Disabled toilet was filthy and very unpleasant to use.

Saturday 4th Nov. Rude staff. Only take away cups despite requesting drink in. Fresh cups behind counter staff refused to allow me a cup because they didn't have time to wash up. Attitude and no apology when I expressed my displeasure.very rude. Will go to Costa next

I usually have a lot of love for this Cafe Nero because of the friendly, helpful staff and the excellent coffee, but I have to say today it was very untidy and not clean. Debris all over the floor and I’m afraid the toilets are awful. Come on “Cafe Nero” with the amount we are charged for coffee etc the least you can do is make the experience a memorable one for all the right reasons

OK, this is a chain so not expecting anything OTT, but the staff were happy and willing to talk, the coffee was as normal very good, would say better than Costa, and the cakes are just very, very good better than most!
