So we rang them up and explained to the woman that the pizzas were very dry and hard to eat and it’s not the quality we expect especially when we paid that amount, it’s literally every time we’ve ordered from here in the day there’s problems, the woman instantly disregarded everything we were saying and made out it’s not dry and we were basically lying about it then made out we always complain then put the phone down on us! then ignored the phone when we tried to call back to speak with a manager, I mean who treat’s their customers like this!? (Please Avoid this place!!)These people have no respect

Customer service is terrible. They are exceedingly disinterested in acknowledging your arrival or taking an order. Understand they can be busy but doesn't take much to acknowledge you and say they will be there as soon as they can. Very poor

Poor, the girl at the counter stood with her back to me scrolling through instagram for 5 mins before acknowledging I was there, while there were 4 guys starring at boxes changing stickers on boxes, they forgot to put my dough balls in the oven, then I finally get my order and it’s wrong, no wonder it’s wrong after the amount to times they changed the stickers round, If you are vegan / veggi or have an allergy avoid this place like the plague, But if you want to play cold pizza lottery then go for it, I won’t be going back

Really enjoyed American hot pizza,Being tight would not buy unless it was in half price collection deal as no way is a large pizza worth £20 plus .

The pizza was nice. Customer service was satisfactory. The pizza was ready in less than 10 minutes and was nice and hot. Enjoyed the pizza should have given a 5 star but the place doesn't have enough parking space and difficult to get in to the space available considering the location and traffic. Taking 1 star because i had to use another shops parking space to collect the pizza and the shopkeeper was not happy about it. Luckily the pizza was ready while arriving and saved further trouble.

Totally useless, estimated order time to deliver 28-36 mins. Actual delivery time, 1hr and 20mins. Tracker said it entered quality control after 22 mins. Funnily enough, nearly an hour later when it arrived it was stone cold! How hard is it to make a pizza and deliver it before it gets cold when the customer lives 5 mins from the store! Second time this has happened. I will never use Domino’s Haywards Heath ever again!

Extremely bad customer service. Ordered by phone, totally ignored when I went to collect it. Staff chatting not bothered to ask why I was there. After 5-6 min of waiting had to ask them. Manager was not interested at all. Will never use them again
Slow, rubbish and do not know how to keep to time frames. Order in plenty of time 12-17 wait 35 minutes later still waiting. Staff are all over the place. Avoid and use another pizza company

Pizza from here is nice but something isn’t right in the making process as I always order create your own with 4 toppings I like and can eat safely yet I always end up with bits of chilli on my pizza which I did not order - I can’t eat chilli it makes me really seriously unwell so I wish you’d stop allowing this to happen. Once is unlucky but every time is just unacceptable.

The driver rang me saying he is at my address and the person who answered did not order a pizza. I explained I am in a flat not a house and on the other side of the town. He had not used the postcode and just went to a road that sounded like my road. His parting words were "I hope it's still hot"

Send the wrong pizza, it had meat on it and I don't eat meat. I called up and explained, I was told I could have a free pizza next time I order. I called up to order and I was told that I have never ordered a pizza with them before and they won't help. The man on the phone was rude and shouting over me when I was trying to explain what happened. Wont be useing them again!
