Very disappointed in the customer service, one of my items hadn't been sent, took two attempts to get through on the phone once i did was told my item would be sent out but it never came.
The pizza was nice. Customer service was satisfactory. The pizza was ready in less than 10 minutes and was nice and hot. Enjoyed the pizza should have given a 5 star but the place doesn't have enough parking space and difficult to get in to the space available considering the location and traffic. Taking 1 star because i had to use another shops parking space to collect the pizza and the shopkeeper was not happy about it. Customer service is terrible. They are exceedingly disinterested in acknowledging your arrival or taking an order. Understand they can be busy but doesn't take much to acknowledge you and say they will be there as soon as they can. Very poor
