Chicken Wings in Horsham

“I’ve been to this branch a few times before during lunch time and have never had an issue regarding food or service. However last Saturday I came here to grab dinner and waited over an hour for our food while the staff constantly argued (while clearly overworked) about missing food. Multiple people came up to the counter regarding missing orders and long wait times. After we eventually got our food, the sauces and corn on the cobs were missing but considering the situation I didn’t mind as one of the nice servers did give us a free bag of chicken as a sorry for the long wait. Overall I’d say this isn’t a bad kfc, just badly run. The food has always been delicious and staff helpful to customers. I would just avoid during busiest times like Saturday nights.”
