Absolutely awful. The food arrived cold and the drink was missing. I called and spoke to Emma and Simon, both refusing to deliver my item and told me I could collect it or phone another number to sort delivery. I have news for you Simon, this is NOT a number for customers to call, it is a business number and just eat have no idea why you have given me this number. Useless - it’s clear why you can’t even deliver a bottle of drink when KFC employ a bunch of imbeciles.
We thought this place was picking up, last few times had been okay, we went in tonight and ordered a few bits and made sure to check bag as we'd already had a drink forgotten, missing chips so we just politely asked if we could correct it, the girl with the glasses behind the counter was just downright rude to us, sarcastic and gave us a lot of attitude, we've finally decided not to return again

NEVER order from from this specific restaurant. I have ordered trough just eat and the driver marked the order delivered, he never delivered actually. He brought the order back to kfc and when I tried to speak with them, the KFC staff (some indian female) were very rude, she screamed at me and said they can't help. I said I need a refund as the driver marked it delivered, but it NEVER WAS.
