I can only comment of the delivery from this outlet which isn’t by the actual restaurant. Food was freezing cold when it arrived, the delivery guy went via Southwater so I’m not surprised. Couldn’t find anywhere to complain or comment directly.

Booked through just eat the delivery driver called me to find the address even though it's local as in not hard to find tried calling back no answer so I'm guessing he got a free meal. Called the restaurant who told me to call just eat terrible

Ordered online. Checked in on arrival and food was prepped for us within 5 minutes. Tasted good and all well cooked. Partner loved the new stacking

NEVER order from from this specific restaurant. I have ordered trough just eat and the driver marked the order delivered, he never delivered actually. He brought the order back to kfc and when I tried to speak with them, the KFC staff (some indian female) were very rude, she screamed at me and said they can't help. I said I need a refund as the driver marked it delivered, but it NEVER WAS.
