DO NOT ORDER .I ordered a delivery yesterdaycalled the store after 1 hour and was told the order will be delivered in another 25 mins ,called them back after 30 minsand was told late night that the order is cancelled and i should call back in the morning to get a refund. I have called in morning twice now and the manager is still not available to process refund .The person who picked the call is shouting at me that he can't do magics to get the manager in store. If you’re in a rush for food don’t bother with Papa Johns Horsham. 3rd time ordering - two occasions waited over an hour and one occasion driver was unable to deliver so had to collect. On top of that, in the most recent order, one side was incorrect, my pizza box was crushed and a dip was missing. So three strikes and that’s it for me. Dominoes from now on.

It's a shame I had to give it 1 star - 0 stars would be more accurate. 1½ hours and they had still not cooked the food. Even though it was a delivery order, I was asked to come and collect. Still a 20 minute wait, according to the guy 'we're cooking it fresh'. No explanation for the poor service and asked me why I was collecting the delivery order. Hmmmm, because you asked me to. Eventually got the food, which was sadly stone cold.
