The team at Horsham couldn’t have been more helpful in organising and arranging delivery of a large order for my son’s birthday party. It arrived EXACTLY at the time I requested. The food was piping hot when it arrived and it was really well received by all!

Ordered via the App that crashed continually but eventually I got an email confirming order but did not show in App. Called up and confirmed order. Attended to collect as link in email stated it was being cooked... Upon arrival there were a few people that had been waiting for a while but my order was located and I left within 5 mins. Seemed very chaotic behind the counter. Lad taking orders and handing out food did not seem to know what he was doing.. Really need to sack him. Other wise food was delicious. Just need a couple more staff and better organisation.

Was all in all a OK experience,first time and have to say better then domino's!Good prices very friendly staff,Only thing person who gave us the pizza had a cigarette in his mouth(not lit) apart from that was OK for

Ordered pizza and sides online. Didn’t deliver the drinks and the pizza was cold when it’s arrived. Phoned to the store and asked for the drink. They said they will send it now. Didn’t received after 12 hrs.

Having ordered via your website, I've come to my to pick up my ordered only to find it hasn't been made!How can they run the shop on 2 people?seriously who ever does your rotas need to put more staff on, the phone hasn't stopping ringing since I came in and no one is answering it.People are walking in who haven't had their orders delivered ?One guy had been waiting 2 hours for a delivery!You need to have more staff working when it's busy. This is happening way too often!

Not impressed. Pre-ordered a pizza at 17:42 for an 20:00 delivery. At 20:25 it was still showing on the tracker as being at the kitchen. I phoned to ask what the status was and was told that the driver had the pizza but he didn’t have data on his phone so it wouldn’t update the online status. Was told my pizza wouldl be another 10-15 minutes. I then pointed out that would mean the pizza would be 40 minutes late and was told it was extremely busy tonight. I replied that I had pre-ordered the pizza 2.5 hours ago the customer rep said ‘let me check something’… He then came back on the phone and told me that my pizza was still there and that the driver would be collecting it soon.I told the rep that this was a terrible first experience and would they compensate me for the extreme lateness. He said I would get a ‘small discount’ on my next order. Sorry, but after this experience it is extremely unlikely they will ever see my money again.

Hour and half wait for food. Called twice and was told 10-15 minute wait and that driver hadn’t got there yet, no apology. Food arrived cold. Also got the side order wrong. Will order from Crawley next time.

If 0 was possible they would get a 0 got a free pizza after an awful experience last time only for it not to arrive 2 hours after placing order, called an hour later to say they would be delivering to rudgwick before hand another hour no one answered the phone no pizza no phone call nothing! Do not use them!!

Absolutely shocking service, the food is late and cold. The manager essentially told us tough luck and he wouldn’t attempt to make the situation better. I will never order from Papa Johns ever again!

It's a shame I had to give it 1 star - 0 stars would be more accurate. 1½ hours and they had still not cooked the food. Even though it was a delivery order, I was asked to come and collect. Still a 20 minute wait, according to the guy 'we're cooking it fresh'. No explanation for the poor service and asked me why I was collecting the delivery order. Hmmmm, because you asked me to. Eventually got the food, which was sadly stone cold.
