I came here with my Dad a couple of weeks ago. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and polite. Even when my Dad was being awkward with the staff they dealt with it well. I was very impressed with the service.They have an entire menu just for vegan food which is great. My vegan pizza was brilliant so I had a great time here and will definitely come back when I am next in the area.

Amazing building, very rustic, service was amazing, went as a family of 3, used the app to get a free side, food very good. Price very reasonable. The picture Google shows is not the actual restaurant, have attached a couple of pics of the real interior. Ps they have Peroni Gran Riserva, it's quite hard to come by and is in my opinion the best beer on the planet. Pic included...

Walked in to Pizza Express at 22:20 as its open till 11pm. Asked if we can order pizza for collection. Lady, didn't even look at me, just shouted ABSOLUTELY NOT ! How rude! As much as I like their pizzas, staff should learn customer service! Big time. You can't compare to other Horsham places.

Amazing evening had,was a birthday meal out and asked if possible for candle in desert. Got that PLUS waiter and kitchen staff coming out to sing happy birthday. Food was great,service Amazing. Looking forward to coming back soon. Thank you.Dietary restrictions: My daughter is diary intolerant and the selection was still good for her with starter,main and desert. Will be happily returning.

Sherralee is an asset to the restaurant and such a lovely lady, during a very busy service she kept check on us and other families during our visit and the kids loved her, thank you for such a lovely experience and I hope your hard work is recognised!

The food was good but initially we were seated upstairs which was very chilly and lacking in any atmosphere. The waitress tried to get the heating switched, on but I got the impression nothing was going to be done after she spoke to her manager. A table then became free downstairs and we moved there before our main courses arrived. We had booked so it would have been nice to have been seated downstairs from the start, but if they have to use upstairs, it needs to be heated first as it is not reasonable to have to endure the cold when having a meal out.
