The food was good but initially we were seated upstairs which was very chilly and lacking in any atmosphere. The waitress tried to get the heating switched, on but I got the impression nothing was going to be done after she spoke to her manager. A table then became free downstairs and we moved there before our main courses arrived. We had booked so it would have been nice to have been seated downstairs from the start, but if they have to use upstairs, it needs to be heated first...read full review
