Just spent the last half an hour knocking on the window for staff to allow me to use the pump. Lights all on and no staff member to be seen. We also beeped and no luck. Unacceptable promoting as 24 hour if staff are in the back , god knows if they were sleeping

I regularly stop here and the staff and service are always wonderful. Sherin especially seems to go out of his way to put a smile on the customers faces. Good stock of groceries as well.

This has to be the best fuel stop in the country. The shop stocks pretty much everything but more importantly the staff are amazing, really friendly and helpful.

I just visited this site on my way home at 0035 i wanted a few morning essentials I waited 5 minutes knowing on the window, but no one there I went back to my car and had to sound the horn, a guy come from the back as I walked up I said " mate I've been waiting here for 5 minutes " and he said "I'm on my break " and walked off, I mean what's going on with the world, I was absolutely disgusted with that boys manners he has no shame

Just had a great experience charging my electric car at Shell Hop Oast, Horsham. Lovely staff member even gave me a free hot snack whilst I waited.

It seems coronavirus is joke for Shell staff. They are risking their customers' life. Staff members are not interested to stop anyone to enter who is not wearing mask. There were four customers and two staff members and only I was wearing the mask. Fuel prices are higher then others anyways to avoid this station.

So many workman/labourers walk in and not one of them wearing face masks - this was pointed out to the male staff (African Origin) behind the counter who also was not wearing a mask - he just laughed and said “oh yes I should ask” and then carried in laughing and allowed all the people not wearing masks to continue in the shop. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
