Had a too good to go bag . Bought home and was very cold , phoned up and was told by the staff that it’s been on the top for 6 hours and waiting for collection . Food hygiene extremely unsafe to eat , been reported . Don’t eat at this place if you want to have the risk of food poisoning.Oh and she hanged up when I said that’s really bad , bad customer service .and waste of money with no reason or refund .

If I could have given 0 points for service I would have done. For the 3rd time running we have collected our order to get home and find items missing!On returning to the shop this evening I was met with miserable, rude staff whose attitude was appalling.No real apology for the inconvenience, and when I was talking to one member of staff she turned to speak to a delivery driver in the middle of our conversation!The staff have zero idea of what good customer service looks like and the food is mediocre.Our local chip shop but we won't use them again. They don't deserve any customers with the way they treat them. I'd rather drive further for better service and better food.
