It's Domino pizza, usually nothing worth writing about.But this Sunday 13th August, only 1 hard working woman at the shop, all the items received was freshly prepared, still pipping hot at home after collection.This shop is very clean.

I fenced a pizza from Domino's in Lancing Village, so I went to the shop and ordered a Smell pizza and a Medium, The Staff said it would be 10 to 15 minutes and so I wait inside ethe shop for it to be done and when he handed it over to me was two small pizzas, When I told them about the mistake that they have made they denied it and my friend was with me at the time and knew what I had said to the guy taking my order, I will be not going back ever again, Even if my life depended on it.

Wanted to order for a Business Lunch for Delivery, due to the volume of the order, I contacted the day before and dealt with Mo who was brilliant, he went through my order and ordered for me as I had difficulty with the App! My order went through promptly with good discount applied. The delivery was exactly on time and although one pizza was missing this was not an issue and was swiftly delivered by Sunny. Excellent service and brilliant value for only. Would highly recommend.

I hadn't been home all day, I had a day from hell, hadn't eaten,decided to get a pizza all I had on me was a 20note, to be told card only, i explained my situation but no card only!! how are you supposed to get food if all you have is cash?? Absolutely disgusting!

Appalling service. Over one and a half hours. Quoted 15 to 30 minutes delivery. When rang they did not want to know. I insisted on a refund. Will not use again. And its minus 1 star.

Stuffed crust isn't really stuffed, not like Pizza Hut's. Delivery service when offers are on is a joke, had to ring up as I waited over an hour for it to be delivered. Won't use again

One of the worst and most surreal customer service experiences I've ever had. Tried to order a collection online only to have it rejected, walked in and placed an order for one large pizza. After waiting 10-15 minutes it appeared the order was ready only to find out he hadn't started making it so I asked for a refund, it was at this point we went through a rollercoaster of the server arguing, pleading, bargaining and emotional blackmail to keep me from requesting a refund. He took my phone number and email address to process the refund only to use the phone number to call me at 20 past midnight. Went into branch this morning to follow up on my refund to find the same person there and now he claims to be manager which I was gobsmacked by. To top it off the money from the online order is showing as pending on my card so I've got 2 refunds to chase.

Wrong order arrived with missing item, was told it would be replaced then 1 hour later it still hasn’t arrived after being assured it was close 20 minutes prior so had to request a refund. Initial person who answered phone was also rude
