WOW what a discovery !The standard and quality of the food at this restaurant is exceptional !We were just looking for a local place that would be good for my 14 yr olds birthday and thought pizza would be ideal.. but i hate the pizza chains with there english/american version of italian pizza - so i called and checked this place had the real thing made fresh - confirmed :)So we went along and the kids had pizza real authentic pizza, crispy dough, great quality ingredients :)))But i thought id risk trying a steak ..I say risk because 99% of the time i am so dissapointed by the mediorce standard of steaks i get in restarants - again the steak chains seem to be the worst ! So i politley asked if the fillet steak was fresh & the proper thick cut & could i possibly ask the chef to see it - no problem, they were happy to do it. The chef offered up 3 great looking thick cuts of quality looking fillet - good start but the best was yet to come... i love a med- rare steak with a decent chef prepped creamy peppercorn sauce - they had their own 3 type pepper corn sauce....So i have eaten in some top restaurants in 39 diff countries in the world including in the top ten and Michelin starred -This Steak was exceptional easily equal best wish the best i have ever had .... and that hasn't happened to often ! This is due to both the fantastic quality of the streak by the chef sourcing the best supplier & exceptional standard of preperation and cooking.I would have expected and have paid double for this eceptional standard of steak meal !So i will be returning again ....& again .....& .......So happy to discover this quality on my doorstep with out having to travel to hove brighton or worthing and paying more !!!

We at a lovely time at Perch Lancing, and served by the wonderful Mark. We were celebrating an anniversary, the food was wonderful, the team super attentive, and the views of the sea stunning. Can’t wait to return!

Ten of us came for a work Christmas dinner. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and the staff were very friendly and efficient. It's a great location with lots of nearby parking. Highly recommend this place.

Been many times but the Fish tonight was perfect. Not that I haven't enjoyed it in the past. I ordered large cod a save loyalty and chips. The cod was really tasty and flaky. The battery was perfect. A real treat for my wife. I had my Saveloy which is one of the best in this area. A real treat this evening.

We really enjoyed the night we spent at Seaview House. Everything was very clean, the room had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. We loved having our own breakfast room that was well stocked with drinks and snacks, coffee and teas. Patrick was really helpful and kind and went out of his way to make it a pleasant stay. The place is very close to the sea.

We were round the corner having our motorbike serviced at Podges and he recommended this place. I've been past it a few times but thought it wasn't accessible to the public as it looks like it's on Paula Rosa site which it kind of is but there's a gate from the road and anyone can eat here.Nice welcome by friendly staff, the interior is bright and clean, nice tables and a little soft chill corner with some arm chairs.The coffee was really good, actually had a bit of bite to it, not the usual dishwasher from the big chain coffee houses.I had a full English, which at £5.95 was good value these days as everything has shot up this past year. The sausage and the bacon we're really tasty.We will definitely return.

The guys at premier are very friendly, the food is made well and is always delivered in good time. Usually go for the pizza deal, which I prefer to a normal pizza takeaway. The kebabs are loaded with a lot of salad and meat.

Impromptu visit on our way home to Bournemouth.Really good menu. Hard working and friendly staff who were knowledgeable about GF options.Everything was delicious, beautifully presented and cooked, so delicious that the photo was an afterthought halfway through eating it!Dietary restrictions: Staff knowledgeable and competent regarding gluten free options.Lots of vegetarian options also available.Parking: We parked on the street about 2 minutes easy walk away.

Wow!! This place is actually unbelievable!! It’s like going back in time, where value for money, good food, good staff, friendly staff, amazing atmosphere, pub raffles, pub games are brought back to the table… it’s just like the good old days, before it was £8 for a pint of lager and £9 for a glass of wine…. So nice to take the whole family out here, come home happy, and not feel like you’ve been completely ripped off! We will never go anywhere else on a Sunday. Great place to spend the afternoon and the food is amazing. Very very highly recommended
