I am a very very pleased with the food I received. The delivery was quick, the food was presented well and I am actually shocked at the amount I got in my (small) kebab, in the photo I had already taken a few mouthfuls ?. We also got a side of cheesy chips and I can honestly say they definitely didn’t scrimp out on the cheese, everything else tasted great too! We’ve ordered from here a fair few times and have never been disappointed, all at a good price too.

I'm afraid to say don't use!! They gave us mouldy salad and the meat was cold and extremely salty. When called to say about the salad they were not interested!

Ordered from here quite a few times always get the chicken burger as it really good as it real chicken breast, today got ordered the same as I usually do but the chicken burger was a cheap one in batter very disappointed won't be going back.

What a complete and absolute waste of money and time, used to be the best around. But with what has just been delivered, we shall never go there again! Simply put, they cannot even cook the food they are supposedly preparing - let alone get the order correct. So so very disappointed!!

So disappointed and alarmed… collected chicken & lamb kebab & chips for someone who is unwell. Chips were cold and meat was raw! Person who had ordered was so upset being unwell. Had I not after delivery been the other side of Worthing & unable to go collect the food from the person in Lancing I would have returned it!! Surely shops who sell food should ensure meat is cooked throughout!

Been fed by these guys for years now! Foods always nice n fresh and always delivered on time or early. Kebabs, burgers lovely. Pizzas always loads o toppings, beats Papa Johns by miles! Cheesy chips good too. Recommend absolutely 100%.Cheers guys!!

Order from here 30mins ago. We ordered the Halloumi wrap which states it comes with vegetables, I asked for no mushrooms. When we got the food home the halloumi wrap was just that, no vegetables at all as stated. We called them to enquire and was disconnected half way through explaining so I called back and was told that’s how it comes, I said on the website it says vegetables and he said he will change the wording as everyone is complaining. He then said I was the 1st person to call up to complain and if I wanted to pick up another one he would make one. I said no as we had sat down as a family. Very poor service and disappointing, waste of £7.00

3rd time in a row we’ve ordered and either had missing items or order was wrong, tonight yet again 2 missing items and lamb shish ridiculous spicy, rang and they said they would deliver missing items and replace the lamb, got burnt pitta and diner meat instead of lamb shish, definitely won’t be going back such a shame as used to be the best around

We use flame n grill on a regular basis and the food has always been great. Pitta bread is awesome. For the first time ever they sent one kebab wrong tonight. We contacted them and let them know and they sent out a replacement very quickly. Even when they get it wrong they make an effort to fix it. Shame I can't give 6 stars.
