The staff keep on walking out halfway through a shift.It can't be a good place to work for.This will be our 2nd order that has not turned up because of this reason.Unfortunately, this feels like the last days for pizza hut in Lancing. Which is a shame because Dominos is terrible.

When you have a pizza at the restaurant it's so much nicer, tastes better, looks better and a good variety of salad. I dined at the Brighton marina pizza hut and I would recommend every day.Vegetarian options: The variety of vegetarian pizza's is really good and they taste so good. The deep pan is better.

Never had any complaints with pizza hut until now. I did an online order which still had not arrived after one hour. We phoned them and a very rude woman answered and basically told us she dont know where the order is and they have no way of contacting the driver. The manager then came on to the phone who told me he had found the order and it will be out the oven in 15 minutes. It arrived 30 minutes later and the order was wrong. We phoned up and the same girl said it will be another hour. I accepted this after being spoken to like rubbish again. An hour passes and no pizza.The pizza in fact never showed up at all, nor was any compensation offered. I won't be returning or recommending this branch ever again.

Honestly dont bother ordering from these slow merchants! What’s happened to customer service & the speed of takeaway! Driver constantly calling couldn’t find address after clearly explaining where to go! Was asked to come outside to find them, doing their job for them! Get drivers who know routes and areas not old elderly women who can’t find where an address is! Sort it out ??♂️

Tried Pizza Hut as a change from Domino's. Pizza late, part of order missing and quality not as good as Domino's. Will not use Pizza Hut again.

Absolutely atrocious. Selling overpriced sides as “Wing Street” on Uber Eats. None of the items provided were as ordered. The portion size of the wedges was much smaller than pictured and there’s no way in hell that each portion would “serve two”.
The order of wings was incomplete - it should have contained SEVEN wings, but they only sent FIVE.
The order of chicken chunks was also incomplete - it should have contained SEVEN and only contained SIX. There was also NO SAUCE and the chunks varied WILDLY in size.
Quite frankly, if we’d known that “Wing Street” was actually Pizza Hut masquerading as another company, there’s no way in hell that we’d have ordered from them. It all feels like a giant scam.

Absolutely awful. They have a “Wing street” menu on deliveroo and we ordered bbq wings and sweet chilli bites with wedges and triangle cheese bites. Firstly the bbq wings had no bbq just plain. The sweet chilli bites again no sweet chilli. The wedges were cold and we ordered a cookie dough and that was burnt all over the edges. Awful. You didn’t even say you were Pizza Hut. If I knew wing street was from Pizza Hut I wouldn’t of ordered in the first place. Awful company.

Portions are very small and very very expensive,this was my first and definitely last visit to pizza hut i was disgusted by the way they claim enough for 2 on wedges,they would only feed 1 child and at 4 99, a con,your company should be ashamed to make the charges for what we receive,

I ordered from here a couple of weeks ago and forgot to leave a review! I wanted to give 5 stars due to the level of customer service. I orginally ordered 2 pizzas and a side and even though part of the order was wrong, I cannot fault the way in which the staff/manager who was on that night rectified the problem. I called up and they were quick to apologise, and even though the it was only part of the order that was wrong, they resent the whole order again, with the corrected pizza, it came in good time and was hot and tatsed really good. Would definitely recommend for good value food and brilliant customer service.
