Brought me son here for his first Sunday lunch experience, safe to say it will be his last.They brought his fish and chips on a tray covered in split mayonnaise, he is allergic to eggs.To make matters worse, a drunken man stumbled in and fell over near us, staff did nothing to contain him. I now have to deal with a traumatized child.The glasses were slightly mouldy and the our waiter had a concerning hygiene problem.Do not come here if you value your life and safetyCheers.

service was obliging snd pleasant but very very slow. We were the only ones in the restaurant so that is why we gave 2 for atmosphere.

The service was very friendly and efficient, the area we sat in was lovely but the food was pretty awful all round. We ordered lime chicken which was dry and inedible and the calamari which was chewy and no where near hot enough. The oven chips were also dry and overrated. The desserts were mediocre at best - the gin tiramasu was like a homemade trifle made by a child abd the brownie, I particularly asked if they had a gooey centre and was told most definitely, was like a very firm and dry chocolate cake. All in all the food was poor. We certainly will not be returning for food.

Had to wait over an hour just for our order to be taken. Portion sizes were small for the amount of money they were charging. Ordered deserts and that was a long wait too. Unfortunately will not be going again for food.

Staff were very friendly and dealt efficiently with a misunderstanding over one food order, so good marks for service. The halloumi stack was very tasty and the chicken schnitzel went down well. Recommend!

Really great welcome from Front of House and friendly, happy waitress. Really good menu. Only disappointment was that some of the food arrived warm but not hot. We asked for it to be heated up and staff very apologetic. The chicken schnitzel also a bit dry. We were offered free coffees to make up for the issue. I would go again as it was a nice evening. Hopefully the cooled-down food was a one-off.

This isn't the first time we've had Sunday lunch (a roast dinner) and, yet again, it was superb, as was the service ! Fantastic value, lovely food and overall excellent experience, thank you !
First visit this year for a Sunday Roast. Got the usual warm welcome from Fiona. We hadn't booked but Fiona found us a table with a reasonable waiting time. The roast gammon meal was delicious. We stayed afterwards for drinks . Would definitely recommend for a nice Sunday dinner in a comfortable relaxed atmosphere.
