This is frustrating as the food is great but the length of time it takes to deliver is completely unacceptable. We are currently waiting on an order we placed 1.5 hours ago. This is not ok. This is also not the first time. Seriously guys…. Sort it out! It’s not ok!

Just spent £27 on 2 pancake rolls, 2 special curries and 1 egg fried rice. Although this wa delivered on time it did not have any free prawn crackers as many takeaways do. It was also absolutely disgusting. The pancake rolls which were £3.25 each were greasy, over deep fried and empty of anything but bean sprouts and about 2 shrimp. The curry was really bad. I could not eat it and had to throw it away. It was dark brown and tasteless. The only positive was the beef was tender. So disappointed to spend so much and for it to be so terrible. Will not go there again and will not recommend it either

When our meal was delivered on serving it we found it was only warm. I did telephone them straight away to tell them this. The lady said she didn’t know why as my order was the second drop. Sounds like it wasn’t hot enough when it left the kitchen. A few hours later I was violently ill, with frequent vomiting and dreadful stomach cramps. I have never felt so ill. This lasted almost 48hrs. I did email Chopsticks to tell them what had happened to me…….but no response whatsoever. I can see there is another review saying the food wasn’t hot. I hope they weren’t as poorly as me.

Just had a delivery from here. Very quick. Ordered and delivered within half an hour on a Friday evening.Food wasn’t overly hot and there wasn’t much of it. Expensive for what we got. The food was ok. The pancake roll was very odd as the batter was really thick and bubbly in texture and there was hardly any filling.Not bad but not sure if we will order from them again.

The food came really quickly, from phone call to door was 15 minutes. The food was OK, the Noodles were bland and very dry. The Chinese chicken curry was OK, but not what i am used to, however the chicken balls are absolutely amazing!

Worst takeaway iv had, chicken satay was that hard you could seriously hurt someone with it !!! Chips were undercooked and curry sauce tasted like gravy!! £46 down the drain ?
I have only had two meals from this Chinese restaurant, and on both occasions the food was lovely and cooked the way I like it.

Fantastic food, and friendly staff. My wife is a coeliac, so no gluten. The lady there is totally switched on and is able to recommend and adapt the meals to suit. Have had lots of takeaways over the last 2 years. It's always excellent, highly recommended.

Food was OK however portion sizes are dreadful had about a handful of each thing except chow mein. But even the duck which is £12 came soggy and I wouldn’t even say it was a quarter more like an 1/8 of a duck.
