Today I purchased a liver, bacon and onion meal for my husband who loves lambs liver (I don't) and a single portion of beef bourguignon. I was delighted with my meal, while my husband was very disappointed with his. His comments were, lamb dry and lacking flavour, bacon hard to find and then only small bits,First time we have been let down, what happened?Anne

I’m sure the food will be great but WOW the staff here are awful!!! They could not be less bothered to help you or be polite. I spent near to £100 and wasn’t offered a bag when purchasing then when I asked for one I was told they are 30p and because they only take card I couldn’t have one. So they then watched me struggle as I left the shop. Won’t be returning. The managers or business owners really need to consider staff training or getting some new staff in. Terrible.

Food always well cooked and well presented. Service at my local Cook is dire. Id love to use again but wont becuase of branch staff

Consistently good. This branch is right next to a free car park

First time visited, impressed by the choice of food .More than likely will be back to shop Denis

Nothing wrong with the food, however, the staff present did not seem to have the competence or patience for dealing with members of the puublic. They were rude to us, as well as other customers that were unfortunate enough to be in the shop, unhelpful and literally falling over themselves whilst attempting to keep a basic maintainence over the shop

Excellent friendly help and service. Super mince pies and hope the other food we bought is as good.

Cook a one of these things that you don't know how good it is until you've tried it. It's only once you've eaten one of the foods that you realise how they are different I'm worth paying that bit extra for. Some of the ingredients lists aren't quite as pure as they were when they started out many years ago, but it's still good stuff. The ice lollies are brilliant, especially the mixed fruit ones. The woman in the store was very helpful and new her stuff.

Recently moved to the area and after walking past this shop several times, I finally bought a couple of meals. All I can say is, wow. Really delicious food, great vegetarian selection. I recommend you check it out. Also some vegan options available too. Highly recommended!

Very clean and tidy. Great range of cooked meals mainly priced at £4.50 or thereabout. I was surprised at the quantity of different dishes, and puddings too.

I contacted Cook Rustington branch on Friday 9th October 2020 the line was busy so I left my name and number and requested a call back. I did not receive a callback so visited the store to place my order. The member of staff was very unhelpful and borderline rude. If the order had been for myself and not my client I would have walked out and purchased the food elsewhere. In future i wont purchase from Cook rustington again.

Great little place with great food. Perhaps a little bit expensive but worth it if you really don't want to cook!

Always great for a ready-meal treat! OK, so it is quite expensive for a microwave meal, but much better quality and far nicer than even the best of the supermarket offerings. Bit pricy for everyday, unless you're loaded, but for a once in a while treat... Go on, spoil yourself!
