I went into Costa Coffee today and was served by a young lady called Molly. Molly was a superstar today as she was all on her own due to staff shortages but managed to stay calm and collected even though she had a queue that was nearly out the door. She smiled at every customer and was very polite too. I think Molly deserves a bonus for today due to the fact that she did at least three peoples work. I will definitely go back next time I am passing through the area.

Well for starters my better half loves the blueberry muffin.The staff were lovely and friendly as always, the 2 women working really hard but I felt they needed an extra pair of hands as it was extremely busy there.Love the large hot chocolate ? as well can't go wrong.

Very good experience here, we had coffee and something to eat. As always standard Costa things available, the lady who served is amazing and sincere, we forgot an item which we already paid. But she made sure that we had it sincerely.

Lovely staff as always, but theres alot of rude odd charecters coming in,its not the area thats not great its the people,the same in littlehampton too!. Men and guys and some women and girls are very ill mannered, i think two years of covid have effected people mentally ,and they are not behaving right at all in the head. Since people have run toget the covid shots, its like people are behaving badly and unkindly,people need to question their own mental health and mindfulness, people are walking around ill and angry faced,attitudes need to change because ,ill manners get you no where, i prefer to keep away from the bad people life brings its discusting to see people in the face of rudeness,manners cost nothing,people have not done their parenting skills right,as they have not learnt anything, only to be brought up and be trashy. I love my days and trips to costa, but the nasty people i want to stay away from,they are like the virus,unkind and unclean in their manners people have alot to learn as their mental health is declineing as the more they behave like trash it will effect their mental state. The people who are behaving rotten have ill faces they dont look right,mentally and they spend their days trying to bring people down ,who are better than them, who are also healthier than than they are . Only the bad people effect the beauty of these shops, & the seafront.

A pleasant place for an afternoon drink. Wish there was a better choice of small savouries. Croissants were all gone, so I didn't spend money on food.

Went to costa little Hampton was super busy and could see that all the workers were still managing to pay attention to each and every customer and exceeding expectations as usual I was served by Rushaun who was very friendly and accommodating and really good looking not going to lie, will be back for the great service and the eye candy.
Any chance of getting a door closer fitted on the front door, I assume a lot of customers when they go home don’t bother to close their own front door behind them too.

The shop was a little noisy so we had take aways the mince pie ? was really good, the latte excellent ?, if only they could get their pricing more competitive we would probably swap from Greggs to Costa for our daily coffee ☕️.Parking: Street parking but plenty of it.
