Staff are so rude, called up to ask where the food was as it had been over an hour to be told dunno, I asked to a manager but apparently gone home, delivery driver eventually turned up no sorry for being late, food was rejected, emailed the head office to get my refund. Place is a joke run by

I have ordered twice from this pizza hut and both times were absolutely shocking. The first time I ordered through Just Eat, when it came half the order was missing. We phoned the shop and they asked what we had ordered that didn't arrive and ensured they would send it out. Waited a while and it finally came, only to then be the wrong things! At this point we were so fed up we just made do with what we got. This time tonight, we thought maybe it was a Just Eat issue last time so tried to order through the pizza hut website. Got the confirmation email through with the order number, money taken in my bank app, and went onto the tracking page that said it would be delivered by 9.25-9.35. We waited until 9.56 then rang the shop to find out what had happened to our order, only to be told they hadn't received our order at all. Told us to ring another branch even though all my receipts and tracking said it was them! Rang the other store they confirmed it didn't come to them. Rang back the Littlehampton branch and just got told there was nothing he could as how could he prove I've actually ordered anything. I pushed as money was taken already, but he just kept saying no he can't do anything. Eventually he finally said he would try contacting the manager who wasn't worked tonight, but of course I haven't heard back. Eventually after I kept asking about my money, he told me to just go through customer service. Absolutely appalling service both times, never going to use them again!

perfection at its finest ordered the new ..newyorker turtle pizza and bugger me its the best tasting pizza i have had in years it was thats good phoned the store to see who made and turns out charlie and mia are the pizza gods at this store

Went on a whim and ordered here despite my previous abysmal experience with Pizza Hut in Hayes. I was pleasantly surprised.The first thing I noticed was the pizza had not been overcooked. The crust golden, like it had been soaking in the rays on a picturesque Caribbean beach. Perfectly moist and spongy as one would expect.Secondly, the cheese was there. Usually I am second guessing myself, wondering if I had accidentally clicked the 'Extra Dough ' option when ordering, rather than extra cheese. This time it had visibly slid across the surface of the pizza in transit due to the sheer weight and consistency - something that I won't deduct points for. Anyway, having a few slices with a bit less cheese, knowing you are going to reach those absolutely coated came as quite an exciting and almost tense ordeal.The sauce was plenty ladled, and because the pizza wasn't overcooked, the toppings were juicy and tender. Remember, if we want pepperoni crisps we will just buy them from the shop.I guess this time the person preparing the pizza is a connoisseur themselves; or they just care about their customers.All in all, great experience.

Waited over hour and half .tried phoning no answer went to the shop to be told I could have ice cream or a bottle pop as the manager could not give refund. I will be taking it further when we did get the food it was disgusting

Taking online orders of food and given me a delivery time of 35-45 minutes. Food hasn’t turned up and no answer on phone. Driven to the shop and it’s closed. Never order again!

Order pizza for delivery when it arrived only half my order came I rung the store and they said they will get the missing pizzas and drink out to me asap but the missing food never turned up very disappointed with pizza hut and won't be using them ever again will be going to dominos on future
