Appallingly slow service, hardly any customers but took ages to take food and drink order, another lengthy wait for drinks to arrive and another long wait for food. I would hate to think how they cope when busy.

I'm so happy we chose to bring my Mum here for a Boxing Day lunch . Forward planning .. I confirmed with Leesun on two occasions prior that they could accommodate my Mum who has Alzheimers and is wheelchair dependent .On the day it went like clockwork.. we were greeted as if they knew us personally.Leesun made sure that we were taken care of .A really good outing with her .Thankyou so much ..

Very disappointed went to this restaurant for lunch today and they advertise 2 meals for £11.99 but only gave us the full menu not explaining that the meals on this menu were not included in the deal and we were charged the full price on the menu. So if you go to a Whitbread Inn wanting to use the advertised deal suggest you ask for the relevant menu and not be caught like we were. I does not say on the posters advertising the deal that it is a special menu so beware.

Visited the Roundstone with the Family including a 2 year old quick service lovely food the service was excellent which is very helpful when having a youngster with our group Well worth a visit

Go regularly for drinks with a friend as it’s convenient for us both. Haven’t managed to raise a smile from any of the staff so far but we hope it will happen one day. They all seem so fed up.Can’t comment on food as we’ve not eaten here.
For the owner, manager, anyone that cares:Picture this:Walk in Sunday 4.30pm to see three staff members on the bar doing nothing, upon seeing me walk In they scramble round the corner in order to not be seen or serve me. The man who pulled the short straw walks round miserable and says nothing. I say can I have a guiness please he says its not on. I say fine could I have a Stella please he says nothing, pours my pint and shoves a card machine in my direction, I pay, sit down drink my pint and get out of there and continue to tell everyone I know not to drink in the roundstone pub. Awful staff who need some inspiration, a reason to come to work.

Jordan was absolutely incredible. 5 star service, we couldn’t have asked for more. The Christmas menu was very well priced and good choice. Will definitely be back. Couldn’t recommend Jordan and his colleagues any more. Thank you very much.

We have not been to the restaurant for a long time. Unfortunately, it was disappointing overall. Obviously understaffed. No Christmas Dec's on table for Xmas party, not even a bit of tinsel, no atmosphere, slow service. Food bland. Restaurant cold, no heating. If it wasn't for xmas get-together, i wouldn't have gone there to eat.
