Wow what a find. Beautiful gardens surrounding the restaurant, and a lot of the food is sourced from within the estate. I had the vegetarian tasting menu and my husband had the meat. Both were heavenly and service was super friendly. Personally I didn’t need so many sweet courses but that’s my personal preference. Have already started recommending to friends and family.

Absolutely amazing menu, I didn't realise that it was going to be a South Africa themed menu, which was a nice surprise. Recommend for a special occasion, you definitely pay for what you get!

The 21 course tasting menu was an absolutely superb experience. Great service, fantastic food and good wine.

Absolutely brilliant! All dishes from the tasting menu with paired wines were incredible. Suggest to add an option to your menus which proposes tasting menu dishes along with paired wines,as you have very knowledgeable staff who can advise great wine to each dish specifically. Thank you for unforgettable experience!

This is serious stuff. OK, 17 courses might be a little much (I had to ditch two) but this is perhaps the most technically perfect meal I've ever eaten. Hats off to the kitchen. Staff were a delight. The wine wonderful. Not cheap, but worth it.

We had an exceptional dinner, the food was delicious and interesting, the team very welcoming and the gluten-free option outstanding. We look forward to returning!

I had my birthday celebration dinner here. It was fantastic!3hr 13course tasting menu, absolutely worth my journey down to Horsham. The chef is from South Africa, but the food not only showcased his western culinary skills, but also blended in some oriental aspects, which is quite interesting. Each course came with its own menu card, telling something about the dish and where are the ingredients from the estate. The wine is a bonus! There are many interesting options from South Africa region, which are pretty good.Dietary restrictions: well adapted to my requiementsParking: plenty of parking

The effort that has clearly gone into each course is exceptional. It’s seasonal and extremely local with genuinely great and knowledgeable service. However, while we enjoyed most dishes (the rabbit & carrot and the pumpkin seed miso were highlights), some were not all that nice to eat and it felt a bit like less could have been more - I think there are 18 courses. A couple of the dishes were genuinely hard to eat (e.g. a sauced dish in a deep bowl, finger food too big for one bite) and some simple plates would have been welcome. This is the second visit; we went when it first opened and felt the same but wanted to give it another try. We really enjoyed the meal, it was a good atmosphere, we’re happy we went but we’re unlikely to go again. It was expensive for an evening, but you’re there for a long time, and the per-course price is reasonable, especially considering the extraordinary amount of work.

A wonderful dinner which we accompanied with some nice South African wines. Every course had a unique flavour and was made with local ingredients sourced on the estate which was great. The staff were extremely friendly and only enhanced the experience. Would strongly recommend booking a room so you can enjoy a relaxed meal here, a good rest and then a lovely breakfast hamper the next day.

What a great restaurant that gives you a different take on how food is presented. Everything was fresh and came straight from the garden. Staff were friendly and service was excellent.

This was some of the most interesting food we have ever eaten and the lobster with wild garlic was alone worth the visit. The presentation and variety of flavours and textures was brilliant. But be aware that this is a marathon of dining experiences and you need a great appetite to complete the menu. We would have been happier with around 5 fewer courses. The staff were lovely; knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The wine list includes their own South African wine and both their Shiraz and Chardonnay were good plus there is a large choice of other wines at under £100 per bottle, which is a welcome rarity in such a high standard restaurant

Must visit for a well balanced, perfectly executed dining experience. Top 3 tasting menu experiences I’ve ever been to and by far the best in England. I can’t say enough about the staff, menu composition, and overall experience. I would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to or through Horsham/Sussex and will absolutely be back. Special shout out to Simba for pairing the perfect wine with our meal and taking care of us.

Amazing meal ,Michelin star well deserved. The 2007 Annandale cavalier from South Africa was stunning. They have many great South African wines on their list. The staff service was perfect.
