“Superb. Nice choice of beers, good food, and terrific service. We called for a late lunch just before the kitchen shut expecting to be turned away but a very friendly landlady was only too pleased to seat and serve us. The burgers were thick and delicious, the fish and chips huge and the gammon thick and tasty. Definitely worth the visit.”
