Great pub, so much lovely food. First time visiting and glad we did, we took the dog and she was welcomed in and was given lots of fuss, treats and some food. We will certainly go back for a Sunday lunch.Vegetarian options: We are not vegetarians but the wellington looked so good and it was great.

A really local place, so friendly. Not a traditional pub, more modern, but I would happily spend an afternoon here again playing board games and chatting to the locals. The only downside was the TV. Delicious fresh sandwiches too.

What a fantastic classic county pub! Tom's Sunday Roast is superb and the service spot on. Ollie and Tom are quite simply the nicest guys you could wish to meet, hugely welcoming and personable and seem to find time for everyone. They have created a pub which is the beating heart of the village with a great community feel, and continue to welcome everyone that walks through the door in equal measure. They have put a huge amount effort into the pub and are quite exceptional at what they do. The pub has a great mix of friendly people together with excellent food and drinks.A super sociable and enjoyable place to be - dogs included!Love this pub!

Delightful pub, they are doing up the outside. The service, food and staff was excellent.Vegetarian options: There were several choices, and the vegetarian amongst us had arranged our visit as she had been before.

What a superb little find.Lovely quiet country pub. Very compact and extremely welcoming. The food was excellent, particularly the sausages and mash ? and good value. Good choice of beers, local and guest beers. Licencees were particularly hospitable, I would highly recommend a visit.

Great little village pub. There were only about 5 tables inside, but the food was surprisingly good and reasonably priced! Would definitely recommend if you're passing through.

Went here for the first time for a meal with family and couldn't recommend it more, the food was brilliant, and the landlord was a really nice guy, and made us feel very welcome! We'll definitely be returning here for more delicious food!Vegetarian options: Loads of really good veggie options, and the rest of the menu looked amazing too!

Fabulous Sunday roast today, I love a roast that haven’t had to cook myself and this one was the best I’ve had. Ever. Delicious and plentiful. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Already planning next visit.

Went here for a evening meal on 6th Oct. We found it to be a very pleasant pub. We both went for the lamb mint burgers, chips, & a side of onion rings. The food was very good. Afterwards had super conversation with Landlord & another visiting couple who were staying at campsite just up the road.

Off the beaten track but well worth the trip. We found this to be a very friendly old style pub with board games available to entertain us during a perfect evening. Good was good too!
