When I deliver, it take quite a while for them to bring it to me, this is the fourth time they have taken over an hour to deliver, not impressed! Furthermore when they deliver occasionally there’s always a slice missing for instance on a large pizza there should be 10 slice and I get 9 or 8 slices!

Waited 1h30 for delivery that was supposed to take 20 mins. Never arrived and tracker never moved past "prep". Tried calling dozens of times, sat on hold for ages for no one to pick up. Finally drove down there to find out what was going on to see the manager pressing hang up on the phones repeatedly. Only offered a refund on the £3 delivery charge and no compensation. Joke.

Over the years the standards have gone up and down but today it took over 2 hours for 2 pizzas and some chicken dippers. Why do you even bother?!

The only reason anyone ever orders Dominos is for the convenience of delivery... when a store NEVER has delivery options then what's the point ?

Pizza always late, that's when they will actually deliver. 90% of the time they turn off deliveries. Phone just rings and doesn't get answered. Really bad service and the domino's franchise dept should do something about this shocking badly managed

Every few months I order from here for some silly reason ( thinking that something might improve ) however every time results in disaster .Food has either been -A) 3+ hours lateB) Not arrived and when chased with staff they will hang up , shut you down or lie ( which I have caught them doing before )Tonight they take my order . 3 hours no answer so I called the store and they said they have no record of my order . I call back and they say my address is banned from ordering. I can only suspect that the staff did not want to accept their incompetence or the fact I complained to them so have done this out of spite.For those considering to order from here , I’d strongly advise taking into account all of the negative reviews that far outweigh the positive .Being based in a rural location is no excuse for your hard earned money being wasted , the food delivered 3 hours late or the poor customer service you WILL receive.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.PLEASE SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCES AS SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. Both pizzas turned up wrong and not the same as the order acknowledgement. The shift manager identifying himself as Tom was rude and insinuated I was wrong, it impossible to get the order wrong apparently. During the phone call where we highlighted this he consistently referred to my partner as ma'am despite her providing her name and asking him not to refer to her as ma'am. A meatillicious pizza with added meatballs turned up as a create your own with just meatballs on. Obnoxious and rude throughout. Be warned if you order from here the service is awful and you may get whatever they fancy making for you

Ordered two large pizzas and a 7 piece chicken kickers for lunch for our workplace for delivery. The food was delivered at it was clear that 1 pizza was Large and the other was medium. We called the store and explained that we had paid for 2 large pizzas, the employee was very unprofessional on the phone and kept saying 'let me speak to a manager', in the end we asked if we could just speak to the manager directly instead of being relayed information. They would not accept that they had made the order incorrectly even though we as a business order from them regularly. We were offered no apology and were told that somebody would be along to collect the pizza boxes to investigate what had happened? We only have a limited lunch break so had to eat the pizza, we could not wait for this investigation or for more to be delivered. A young boy arrived, he had no idea what the situation was nor what he was there to collect. We gave him the boxes and told him what had happened. Over an hour later we still had not had a call back from the manager and had to chase him instead. Despite only seeing the empty boxes he decided that they had not made the order incorrectly and that we were not entitled to a refund of the difference in cost of the smaller pizza that we received or a voucher for a discount in the future. Will not be ordering from them again. The customer service is absolutely appalling.
