Come with my daughter this morning and after shopping decided to have brunch. We had a meal deal with latte.Had to wait as very busy but must say it was delicious ,perfect chips and excellent service from all male staff. Well worth trip over from Lancing!

Great store to do a weekly shop or a quick pop in for essentials. Has a good range of clothing as well.It's not as busy as the local Tesco which makes it a more relaxed shopping experience.

Stay well away nothing on shelves.Manager didn't seem to care when complained about the empty shelves .Blamed head office for cutting hours and staff ? Clearly not enough staff as only saw five staff and even waited twenty to see someone to ask if they had something in stock (which they didn't) Then was expected to queue to pay as tills shut .Went to Sainsbury got what I wanted and even a Thank you for shopping with us totally different atmosphere there.Quess where I will be going to ?

The cafe was out of food almost all the times I went here for lunch . I had to wait for over an hour for my food ,I was starving and contemplating leaving but I didn't as I spent 6 pounds on meal I normally enjoy and love . I only saw 2 members of staff working here.I ordered a cheese burger but 30 minutes later they told me they where out and asked if I wanted a chicken burger

What's going on at ferring Asda so many products out of date.why aren't the staff doing there job properly.the yogurts on sale yesterday were 3 days out of date.i think the top bosses from Asda should do there job and get this sorted.

I was happily shopping in Ferring Asda on the self checkout for baskets and one of Asda assistant took my basket away with my stuff away that I had already paid for. They were small, it was a packet of tablets bought from the pharmacy with the receipt on top. They probably thought it was rubbish but that wasn’t necessary, please just ask before taking away baskets.Really disappointed with such behaviour!!!

This is a review of two halves, the checkout experience today was great, no issues at all, but the store at 11am this morning was horrific, you couldn’t get to half the fresh produce due to the amount of staff stocking the shelves, they had zero consideration for actual customers trying to get to anything. I was looking at the end of aisle cheese section and literally got elbowed out the way by some guy whose job of stocking the cheese was obviously far more important than me actually buying it! I didn’t bother in the end and headed to Sainsburys up the road instead. A horrible experience I won’t be repeating in a hurry. Staff training needed urgently,
