I have previously visited the Orange Tree on a number of occasions, including last October when the Simply Veg food van was there one Saturday night…great food by the way!..Always enjoy my visits and easily my favourite place for great coffee and food (I live in Hove and travel over to Ferring especially)..I visited this morning with my sister and her partner, who drove all the way over from Eastbourne. My husband and I have just had the best breakfast at The Orange Tree. My husband had a small breakfast and I had scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. The ingredients were excellent quality. The breakfast was delicious. The ambience is so cosy and friendly. A true gem of a place and well worth a visit.

Hands down… the BEST jacket potato I’ve ever had in a cafe! And it wasn’t a fluke as I’ve had it twice now and both times were delicious! ?The staff are all lovely and there’s such a super community vibe too!+ the Christmas tree still being is a total win in my book ?I’d highly recommend for lunch and cuppas ???
