“Over the last couple of months, we have used Palm Court regularly for coffees, snacks and lunch, on weekdays and weekends, due to the proximity of the hospital and (generally) good parking. It's an absolute gem of a place, the service is excellent as is the food....especially their Sunday roast. Haven't tried the cream tea yet, but they look incredible”
