We had never been before but our daughter gave us a present of afternoon tea. We were asked to come at 1pm which we duly did. The greeting at our arrival was charming and kind and throughout our meal the girls were wonderful and service was excellent. The restaurant was lovely with excellent Xmas decorations. We held our company Christmas Event with Palm Court Pavillon, there were a near total of 100 people in attendance and the evening was beautiful. We had a three course meal which was served seamlessly, especially as we had a few with special dietary requirements, it was delicious. The team at Palm Court were fantastic from booking to the very end. We will definitely be booking in again for 2024. Nice touch with the jukebox for the after party! Thank you all

Fantastic hot food, service efficient and with a smile. Nothing was an effort when we asked for extra. A mammoth task for the staff as we were a large Christmas party. They delivered on every level, I would highly recommend and l will certainly be back.
