Pubs • “Went to The Fisherman's Inn twice in two days. Found the landlord charming and genuine. He talked me through all the local beers with enthusiasm. Next day we had a lovely meal, look at the pictures of the Sunday roasts. I had the Fisherman's Fish Pie which was a delight. There was also music on the Sunday, from the very talented Daisy Wardle.Vegetarian options: Good options for vegetarians and vegans.”

Pubs • “A warm and welcoming village pub. The lounge area requires a special mention due to the amazing murals on the walls depicting scenes from the dales. The only downside of the pub is the parking, it's to the rear of the pub but take no notice of the sign pointing to the car park as you'll find that entrance blocked. Please remove that sign!”
