The food is always good here, but I think I've been 30+ times over the years and I reckon they get the order wrong at least half the time. I used to think it was a language barrier (my thick Yorkshire accent and English being their second language) but I went on Sunday and used the touchscreen to order and they still got it wrong. The staff aren't rude or ignorant or anything, but they do seem to struggle, and it's not a busy location

Spent 10 minuites trying to order on the machines before a CUSTOMER told us they weren't working, nobody waiting at the counter, 3/4 staff stood chatting away never said a word. Left and won't be back not that they'll give a toss.

Just spent £11.89 on a zinger box just for the main part off the meal to be cold will never be eating in junction 27 bankwood way again waste off money and time gunna take this cold meal home and warm it up see if it tastes better than when I got it

I was treated very badly by worker with name tag "SHAH G". I spoke to him about my order and he got very angry when i told him to change my order to a regular instead of large. Also I saw that we could donate money on the touch screen but we moved onto the till as we did not have a card for payment. We then asked him where we can donate he replied with "Kfc don't need the money, but you look like you need it more".Very poor service for KFC. Been here multiple times and have not been treated like this ever. Very disappointing.

Food once again medicore, will be trying dewsbury from now on.Chicken flat and nothing to it, really rubbery.Bun wall hard and stale.Wings just cooked enough even though meat was pink.The service is absolutely fine but the food isn't so clever. And as I say for the price you deserve alot more.
