Was good and empty, nice seating area, tables were clean. Tried the new improved fries. Improved but still not mcds fries but that personal choice.Didn't use the drive through just went to eat in, paid via machines, staff polite and friendly.Fresh strips were great!
Not a nice experience, thought the 1st time was a 1 off but the 2nd was just as bad, staff and management quite ignorant, food all over the floor and tables and when I asked for somebody to clean the table off, it was done but had to wait 5 minutes to get done, it's my closest kfc but I'll be going further afield from now on.

food is always fresh and having worked in hot food places can tell when something isn't fresh and I have to say it this store can sometimes push off old wings and the bites aswell on to people and I travel to this branch due to it being HALAL apart from that service is always on point.
