The customer service is terrible. Found a freshly eaten bone in the jerk chicken. Plantain looked like it was 2 weeks old. We rang them and they denied it. They were rude and wouldn't let us voice our concerns.

Some of my food was missing, I phoned the restaurant about this, and the lady said she would deliver it when she finishes work which is over 4 hours later. And when I voiced that doesn’t work, she started getting rude telling me to “suck my mother” and hanged up.And then I man shows up angrily knocking on my door an hour later. Like am an idiot to open the door to a restaurant that tells me to “suck my mother “ . All I did on the phone was hang up, cos I paid for the order so the last thing I was going to do was stay on the phone whilst am getting yelled at. The food was disgusting. Couldn’t even eat it even a bite. I wish I could respond to the replies. I will keep editing with my responds. I will now attach the food still on the floor after days. As I couldn’t even eat it. I have been so poorly that I can’t even go bin it. You need to make better food and go on costumer service training.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Awful place, very rude man and woman, the lady was rushing us to make a decision on whether we wanted to buy our daughter the mac'n cheese because she wants to put everything in the microwave at the same time. Shocking to even have the nerve to serve last week's microwaved mac n cheese, let alone yell at paying customers, I will suggest you take a pick through the window before you enter this place, you will be made to feel like a nobody in front of your kids whilst inside this horror kitchen. The cook shouting at you for not closing the door behind you, that was the first sign to say, RUN, but often with kids very hungry after long travel you want to feed them ASAP. Having to do bank transfer whilst there's a working card machine was one of the other weird things about this place, perhaps tax evasion.In the end all went in the bin and as none of it was safe to consume, rock solid mac'n cheese as you'd imagine, strong pungent smell from goat curry, completely ruined our holiday.I am not sure if anyone eat in this place regularly, but I'd you do you're slowly turning yourself into a future scientific research for unexplained deaths. This happened 10 months ago(December 2022), but I still relive this traumatic experience like it was yesterday. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Got curry goat today at Windrush festival and had blood in it. When I took it back I was advised by the chef it was cooked, he threw it away offering no alternative or refund.It cost £12 and put a downer on Windrush. The worst food and customer service I’ve received in the last 30 years!

They forgot my fried fish again. The rice and peas tasted old and stale. Spoilt our daughters birthday she was unhappy. Owner defensive but brought over another 1 rice and peas and cut up fried fish. 4 rice and peas went in the bin that day.

Ordered brown stew chicken and stewed beef only problem chips were a bit cold and soggy but you get that anyway, dumpling and festival bit dry otherwise all hot and tasty would recommend

Total waste of money. Saltfish fritters were inedible and full of bones, my main meal wasn't even in the bag and they wouldn't redeliver, very disappointed

Disgusting. Worst £20 that I spent in my life!Jerk chicken tasted strange and rice with peas was DRY as rock and definitely out of date, the smell were horrendous. ?? Curry goat was very watery and with no flavour. I could have been sent to hospital due to food poison as I am pregnant. If you too lazy to cook fresh food to serve your clients please you shouldn't be open. This is very serious. Also staff are not very friendly.Please avoid ordering food from here. You will just get urself ill and loose ur money!!I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Wouldn't ever feed a dog this. Will never order again
