The staff at this store are fantastic, always polite professionals, and even remember my order when I go in to the store and i have missed sometimes going to this store due to work commitments. But won’t go anywhere else, but this store. it’s hard to find good customer service these days so when U do find it keep it going. i always get a full fat latte (larege )

Store has an okay Atmosphere and staff are polite but is in need of renovation. Constantly inexperienced staff with no consistency, It hasn’t been the same since the lads who worked there left, They were incredibly polite and extremely good at what they were doing and managed the store very well in busy periods. I tend to visit other costa stores now as they are far more consistent because of this.

I live near a Starbucks, and although I generally prefer Starbucks over Costa, I find myself going to Costa because the staff there is exceptional. They provide lovely service, always with a cheerful smile, and they prepare the coffee just the way you like it.Thank you :)

Its a Costa, all the same. For me Costa nothing special. Dont get the Costa coffee better than anywhere thing. Personal choice really. Carpark poor, not much room, half fallen down wall in middle of bays. Staff very nice.
Staff and service are excellent but the shop itself is in need of a makeover.Old,stained chairs and bits of fittings missing.

The cafe looks run down and needs a good deep clean. Staff are very pleasant but should pay attention to the cleanliness of the workspace, especially the coffee machine area....it looked very messy and not clean enough around the area making the coffee.

Tables not cleaned inside, and trays and cups left all over, Coffee half cold, should of taken it back, but the queuing was a pain, toilets were ok.
