Is horrible service ,staff very rude and grumpy tried to make a complaint to the manager he doesn’t seem like he is bothered I tried to get in touch with the head office through the phone I couldn’t so I had to email them I received an Apology from them and a free 10 beans is like my dignity worth a free coffe,I will never give up.

A lot of the time the drinks are really delicious but sometimes the food tends to go stale a little too quickly however the overall taste of everything is top notch.

The reason I have given 1 star is that we can NOT get any of our loyalty points. The system is always broken. Must have bought 8 drinks up until now
It’s funny how all costa dish washers don’t work or they just love giveing you your drink in take out cups why have a eat in area when u want to give everting in take out packages that’s at every branch in bradford I have a very big face book page sort it before I have to go viral and start a don’t go to bradford costa page and for a start I would like a reply and some sort of compensation for the inconvenience over 40 times disgusting from such a bud franchise
