i ordered 5 meals on uber eats, only 2 meals were delivered and there was no sauces and no drinks. food came cold and wasn’t at a good standard, just had many missing items.

Worst chicken shop in Bradford! Burgers are always cold! The chips are always half cooked an vile! The gravy doesn’t exist! An the drinks are warm! An they have the audacity to change you for chilly an mayo! Absolutely disgusting food! Go to oldham if you want the proper florida’s this is a fake version!

Very poor and unprofessional service. They cut you off when you call them and always always get the order wrong. I'm surprised they are still operating. This will be the last time I'll be ordering from them.The worst thing now is that they still sell Coca Cola products who support the Occupiers of Palestine especially now that they are bombing the PALESTINIANS.

Just ordered from here had the chicken sandwich meal absolutely disgusting food, chips refried in old oil that's way past its use but they continue to use it. Let me give you a tip change your oil. The burger itself cold and stale like its been sat around for a year absolutely vile wouldn't serve it to my dog. Save yourselves some money and go to New York crispy they'll show you how a proper chicken burger is made.Never again!

Ordered on a Friday night, told it’ll be 10 minutes, checked on my order after 10 mins and they asked me if I’ve ordered ?Had to order again which was annoying but they made it quick, spicy chicken burger was great as always but wings were stone cold. Paid for large chips, got normal portion, couldn’t be bothered going back so just ate them.Prefer the Manchester branches.

I wouldn’t even rate it one star, but I had to otherwise I could not publish a review. I spoke to a staff member who couldn’t understand a word of what I was saying, he passed the phone onto another individual who I believe is the manager, he was ever so rude and had a disgusting attitude. We didn’t know the food came without the chilli sauce and asked if he could kindly just add in 1 tub as it’s an Uber order so we couldn’t come down to the store. He whinged and cried about adding a 50p chilli sauce into my order and told me to ‘cancel my order’ and the ‘bag is closed now’. So pathetic, and ontop of that I was missing a burger… don’t bother wasting your money here :)

Every time i have something, something has been missing, and if something is missing, it will never be sent out to you absolutely zero customer service and its like the staff dont care but the odd times you do get your full order the food is
