OK, so it's 10 am. in a Greggs on an industrial estate. I expect a bit of a wait . What I didn't expect was 5 or 6 members of staff and, for the most part, only 1 serving while customers were queuing out of the door. My steak bake was warm but nowhere near hot. My pasty was positively cold. Latte was passable. I won't be back.

? Realy Bad Unprofessiinal Customer servive from the counter staff! They are not polite at all. Some of them think they own the branch since they have been there working long time. As a delivery driver i wont take abuse from anyone.1.) All i politely requested was the hot drinks to be put into a paper bag to secure them so they do not tippple over in the delivery bag while driving. The lady got soo aggressive infront of other customers and started shouting that its not her job and the paper bag costs and she doesnt have time. Only an hour before i was served by another staff who did put hot drinks in a bag!Worst was manager knew what was happening yet stayed quite. It can all be seen on cctv.? We Delivery drivers do not deserve abuse from anywhere?

staff continually charge you Individually for items which are supposed to be in a deal.I'm tired of being over charged by these lot.
