Woman called MIA . Very rude person. She was rolling eyes on me. Change the job if you dont like it ! I was with small baby And She didnt allow me to sit inside ? And i was the customer. I will call to head office too about that. This kind of people shouldnt work .

I buy from here frequently and today was a dreadful experience. A young boy who looked to be under weight, fragile and vulnerable was caught stealing, he was chased out the store by one staff member and one customer. They proceeded to take the food off him. The customer then asked to fight the boy. It was disgusting to witness. It's food. Let the boy eat. I was really sad to see this. I believe the boy deserved the food he was hungry and clearly in a bad state. He has bruises all over him. After this experience I was given the wrong sandwich by a staff member with dirty finger nails.Not the best way to start your morning.

Staffs need a pay rise as they are to customers. They aren't happy with their jobs which is evident.

Food always seem hot here (a good thing) tastes better here too. More options even at a later time. Staff are friendly enough and helpful

It's not the best Gregg's out there. I visited here at midday peak time on a Saturday. It wasn't overly busy, and there were plenty of pasties to choose from. However, I bought 2 different pasties and some sausage rolls, and everything was completely stone cold, so who knows how long they have been sitting there. On the plus side, I had a really nice Cinnamon Swirl Cappuccino (see picture), which is worth the money on taste alone. I'm not sure if I'd be in a rush to visit here again. I think I'd rather hang on and grab something in Leeds!

I asked the lady that took my order if she heard me say margarita to ensure she doesn’t miss it out the order, in a polite manner! And she rudely replied “yes! I’ve just said that”. Very disappointed. If a customer asks you to repeat an order that should not be an issue. Over all terrible customer service. Un sure of the ladies name but she seemed young and had red hair.

Greggs always offer very slow service, but today at Bradford Interchange it took 1 of 4 members of staff over 10 minutes to serve me. I only bought a chicken mayo roll and there was no queue. The staff seemed to be busy, but what they were doing, I couldn't quite decide?Sort out your service speed?
