Have been twice in the past week, amazing quality service, very patient and friendly service!The environment is lovely, very calm and very clean too. It definitely feels like VIP treatment.The portion sizes are proportionate to costs and the desserts are great! Cannot wait for a next visit!
I visited Haute Dolci Bradford with my family and we had a wonderful experience. The ice cream was delicious and creamy, with a variety of flavours and toppings to choose from. We also tried some of their other desserts, like the chocolate fondant and the waffles, and they were equally amazing. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cosy and elegant. Myself and my friend visited today, we were greeted by the manager Waseem who has exceptional customer service and was most welcoming, he tailor made us our drinks as we asked for desi tea. The tea and hot chocolate was absolutely on point.l We would particularly like to thank the manager Waseem for his hospitality and high standard of service, We will be visiting again.
