First time coming to Hot Rock Cafe, chef was very welcoming and knew his steaks! Had the Sirloin steak with garlic & herb butter was perfect! Will definitely be coming back and recommending to family and friends!!

I’m not sure of which was better. The food or the experience. I’ve not had many better steaks and have been to several Michelin star restaurants. The atmosphere and theatre also made the whole experience magical. And I can’t write this review without giving special mention to our very welcoming and absolutely hilarious host Little Sid. He made the experience complete. Will definitely be back here again soon!

Amazing experience. Little Sid is a legend, however he does talk a lot. Get ready for it. Food was on point. Had the fillet. Amazing. You have to order the trio butter with it as it definitely lifts the flavour. Mash was lovely and creamy. The cheesecake was divine. Do not leave without trying it. Overall a brilliant experience. This was my first visit to the aptly named Hot Rock Cafe and it won’t be my last. Great ambience inside with a relaxed yet elegant vibe. Attentive staff who explain the whole process effectively.The concept is simple yet ingenious, Hot Rock have single handedly avoided food ever being sent back to the kitchen as you essentially cook it yourself to however you like it.I had the minted lamb, an exquisite piece of the highest quality meat accompanied with mash potato and a variety of flavoured butters and sauces.Would highly recommend.
