Just received my order from here and wow it’s better than ever! The best Chinese food I have ever had and the price is amazing for what you get - the costumer service is amazing and they are just the best - they have never disappointed me with the food or service and we have been ordering from here for a long time - I would highly recommend trying this place if you haven’t already - we love this place!

Tried to order at 10pm, they advertise as closing at 11pm, so plenty of time. They didn't pick up the phone to my calls and they refused my order on just eat, even though I'm less than half a mile away. There are so many good Chinese take aways out there, I really can't see a reason to order from one that has such poor customer service. I'd love to rate their food, alas we didn't make it that far. They had an opportunity to gain a customer and they turned that into a reason to lose one. VERY POOR.

Still one of only two local Chinese take aways that we use (and there are still plenty locally to choose from) . We’ve recently changed part of our regular order from beef curry to chicken curry (which is delicious) but otherwise same order we’ve had for years with no problems, no issues, no bad tummies. Friendly staff, good service & busy shop :)

Food took an hour and a half , came warm and rushed with no taste , can’t ring and complain as constantly busy , normally quite quick delivery , very disappointed , driver blamed shop for wrong address
Love it here! The chips were nice and crunchy just the way I like them and the noodles were perfect! As improvement for next time would be to provide me with sauces! ?

Rung for a delivery, they said it would take about 1 hour and 10 mins. So we waited over 1 hour and 30 mins... I rung them back and they told me I hadn't ordered from there! I was absolutely fumming! We've used them for years we won't be using them again!

Not a very palatable experience, the food (meats and vegetables) tasted dry and like they were precooked a few days before(a bit hard and bitter) the sauce had a rather unusual flavour, sorry to say but I don't think I shall be ordering anything from here again.

Use this takeaway nearly every week but night got the worst food ever. Only ordered chicken and chips but it was horrible. Chips were rock hard crisps, chicken was dried out and gravy tasted burnt. Such a shame.

Not everything in the vegetable section of the menu is vegetable. Fellow vegetarians watch out for the wantons. Customer service is zero. I was treated like a second class citizen when I called to inform them of their mistake.
