Ordered for takeaway which is fulfilled by ubereats. The order arrived stone cold because the Uber eats "driver" was on a bike and took an hour to deliver the food. Also part of my order was missing, a bucket of mini fillets and received multiple bags of chips we hadn't ordered? I think somebody has messed up the order. Also the other mini fillets from the box meals looked so anemic the batter wasn't even crisp and could have done with some more fry time!Over all I would avoid it in future because there was 30 pounds worth of food that was just awful and they messed up most of the order.

I ordered the food online, after receiving the order, food and fries were super cold and no sauces was inside the delivery box. Poor service and awful management ??????

Daylight robbery! I ordered my food through Kiosk machine, got no receipt or confirmation. Checked my online bank account and I could see they taken the payment so sat down waiting for my food with my child. While I’m waiting I could see staff on their phone so I went up and asked one of them how long will my order take as we’ve been waiting and she said they have no orders. I told them I ordered through the Kiosk. One of the hijabi staff knew I was ordering on the Kiosk machine as the machine asked me for a table number, there were no numbers on the table so I went up to the counter and asked her and she said “enter any number”. They refused to give me the food or my refund. I showed one of the staff (the black lady) my bank account showing the payment was made to KFC Ingleby Rd TODAY (she wouldn’t give me her name or even the managers name!) and she saw the payment yet she was asking me to give her my phone with access to my personal bank account!! Then they called the manager who said that the payment will automatically come back into my account as it’s “pending” and if I wanted a meal I need to pay again which I refused to do as it didn’t make sense to me to pay twice! If the payment does not go back into my account he said I need to speak to my bank. Absolutely appalling. Now I need to keep checking to see if the money automatically comes back into my account. And if he doesn’t I need to do all the chasing. What a joke!Update - the money went out of my account. The manager Shoaib lied to me! What a bunch of thieves!

Food was really poor chips was warmish chicken was hard n dry .but most of all I drive a motability car .walking problems...and only 2 bays for for disabled. And guess wat the user drivers take them that needs addressing this happens all the time ..

Don't go here,hardly any chips with meal,payed extra for a large rap which was no bigger than a normal wrap ,I won't go to this one again ,also staff never smile....

They are just OK. Usually out of tea or coffee, customer service was nothing special. Less helpful than other branches. Probably due to being new and mostly untrained.

If I could rate 0 I would. Rude service and refused to deliver my food even though the driver went to the wrong address. Avoid this place!!

If you are thinking of meeting friends and having a meal one word of warning don’t!!!! Because if you dare to stay chat and enjoy a meal with friends then it is going to cost you £100 in parking fees if you stay over 1 hour 30 mins, one of our friends is on continuous oxygen and things take longer for her and she can’t be rushed so I googled the parking requirements and it said 2 hours free for customers, I returned and spoke to a “member of management” after receiving the fine and he said take up with parking company even though he admitted they owned the car park and I showed him that it said parking was free for 2 hours, there was signs up and they were that high I could only find one that I could read properly and I did this after receiving fine it never entered my head to check them when I arrived as we thought we had done relevant checks, so who had agreed the 1 hour 30 mins I asked them to contact these people who they are allowing to fine their customers and get the tickets cancelled but they refused 3 out of 4 of us got this fine we could have eaten at the Ivy for less, 0 for customer service 0 for empathy

Went in a while back. Entered the restaurant as drive thru didn't seem to be working, waited 5 mins before workers in the back decided to acknowledge me and were giggling and having their own discussion whilst people were waiting. Customer service was terrible when I got served by an Asian lady, asked why drive thru isn't working and was told it is but I knew nobody was there as I literally waited for a while before reversing and entering the restaurant. Went back after double checking there will be someone at the window of the drive thru and same lady took the order. Food was all stone cold and had to reheat when I got home. I only live local so says a lot. Don't order unless you want to have your day ruined. Has no vegan burger as they 'dont sell it anymore' but it seemed to be on their menu which caused some confusion.
