We ordered a group meal for work. Waited nearly 2 hours for food! When the food arrived, the chips were half cooked and cold. The chicken from chicken select meals were hard and cold. The burgers were rubbery. Disappointed isn't the word. No apology from the uber driver or anything.

Been in to kirkgate McDonald's today, have to say the service and staff was fantastic, it was fantastic to see the staff enjoying their job. A special thanks to the DA staff member Beverly, you brought my daughters childhood back to life.
