Rule number one ..... ALWAYS check your order at the drive through, ... I am sick to death of driving away, only to find there is an item missing .... sort it out guys, and stop it with the silly mistakes !04/03/2024 - Update: - Stay away from the absolutely disgusting "Bacon Roll" go to a local cafe and treat yourself to something delicious, ...... I will NEVER eat at McDonald's ever again.

Ordered through drive through, order not displayed, when paying challenged price, had been Charged for items NOT ordered. Had to challenge to get refund, via 2 managers, food had been given, taken back, when handed back after 10 mins, wS same as we'd been given [time stamped]. Poor service, food not hot, won't use this McDonald's again.

We was waiting about fithteen mins for food. Then when we get it there is no straws, fries barley even filled up, foods cold and missing one of the burgers. Not very happy at all.

Recieved the food and it was cold, like it had just been sat around for the hour and a half we waited for it. My kids were really disappointed and couldn't eat it. I couldn't even ask then for a fresh order because we paid for it delivering. Fuming.
