Pathetic service if you order to be delivered. Majority of the time you don't even receive what you ordered, if you're lucky to, it'll be cold. How hard can it be to read a list and put the items in a bag? It happens so often I wouldn't be surprised if it's a ploy to save money in the hopes that the majority of people won't complain about paying for something they never got. That's more believable than the sheer incompetence of not being able to populate a bag from a list. Absolute joke.

Recommended (2021).From month to month, customer service deteriorated. Just got my order home delivery: no burgers and no dip all ordered, not the first time anyway. I'm to eat some fries and drink some juice. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. (29.01.2022)(09.07.2022) new staff very friendly. Better than last time but not for 5 stars.(26.06.2023) eat in. Friendly staff, good food, nothing was missing. One star better than last time.

Agree with others rude staff, £25 on a meal and you want to charge 10p for ketchup and BBQ sauce. It's not the price it's the principle. Disgusting McDonald's do yourself a favour and avoid at all cost.
Ordered food, when it arrived it was completely the wrong order. Called the restaurant, was left with background sound for 10 minutes, tried calling back and no answer. Unbelievable. Waste of money that I would like

Service needs to improve as staff more bothered with uber/ just eat orders that customers on site. Disabled toilet had to inform staff twice that the toilet was blocked with paper and kitchen floor could be seen with chips, chip bags etc from counter.
