Pizza was over cooked in the middle and burnt to charcoal on the outside, they seem to have tried to cover up the blackened parts with a layer to Parmesan and garlic. For the price I won’t be trying my luck again. The Uber eats delivery man was lovely though.

I wouldn’t even waste your time ordering here. The woman on the phone was very rude and overcharged me for something that i didn’t want. I asked for a medium pizza WHICH IS ON THE MENU as £8.99 and she overcharged me by £10 and said “you should have been more specific” Not only that she forgot my drinks and my side that came with the “deal” i wont be ordering from here again. She tried telling me i’m wrong even though i’m reading off their menu ? BAD SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s a shame i have to give them one star because i wouldn’t even give them that at this point

Messed my order and charged me twice, refused to acknowledge their mistake, also staff member faiza was heard laughing on phone. Horrible customer service. Will not be ordering from this place again!

I put in the totally wrong order over the phone, and it was really confusing because I had ordered 4 of a really similar pizza and I needed a vegan cheese on an extra one of them. Even though I am an actually nightmare communicator Fiza who I spoke to was SO patient, SO nice and SO lovely and my order was totally right! She literally had to talk to me for 5 minutes for my silly ass to actually explain myself properly and to not confuse the hell out of her. But she was so kind and thoughtful and listened and didn't get irritated with me or anything. The EXACT kind of person you want to deal with when you're correcting an order over the phone like that, and it was 100% my fault, so it was lovely to just be treated so kindly and respectfully. I have ADHD and can be a scatterbrained communicator at times so I can't tell you how much that was just a really lovely experience to have someone be so patient and lovely with me. And the toppings were all correct, good amount of them too. :) Thanks for being patient with me Fiza!!

I ordered on the Pizza Hut website (Pizza Hut 101 Halifax road bd6 Bradford) I had received an order number and shortly after received an error message which said payment not gone through. So I decided to call at the branch just to confirm if the order had gone through or not. I spoke to a member of staff who confirmed that the order has not gone through. So I decided to place the order again over the phone as initially the staff confirmed it hadn’t gone through. After I replaced the order, five minutes later, a delivery from Pizza Hut arrived. I was obviously confused. Turns out the initial order was placed and I have now gotten charged twice. I then called the branch explaining I have just received a delivery. The member of staff I spoke to (muskaan) was extremely rude and refused to give me her name. Muskaan was the lady who initially confirmed my order had not been placed. After she refused to give me her name she remained silent and then passed on the call to her colleague called Faiza, who you can hear laughing in the background before speaking to me. Faiza also refused to tell me her colleagues name. She also refused to acknowledge that they had made a mistake. I was clearly getting nowhere, so I decided to tell her to pass me onto the manager. I spoke to the manager of the branch (Imran) who acknowledged that his staff had made a mistake. However, he wasn’t willing to offer a solution unless we came down to the branch, bearing in mind that I had ordered for delivery. the whole purpose of the order was so that I do not have to go into Branch. The staff also kept mentioning how this happened to a lot of customers and to contact customer service instead in order to get a refund. I wasn’t happy with the solution as the staff had made a mistake and was not owning up to it. In the end we had to go down to the branch in order to get a refund. We did receive rude behaviour from the staff and a lot of judgement for something that was not our fault. I am most definitely escalating this further.

Ordered a pizza from pizza hut on halifax road the pizza was a greasy oily mess it came with no dips and the driver was either really tired or totally stoned i won't get another from this place a waste of £15 quid.

Delicious food as always. Service wise, we ordered food for collection. The website said it'd be a certain time but as I drove, it said ready to collect (about 15 minutes earlier). This was fine with me as I had planned on arriving early and waiting, but when I did get there, I was told it's not ready yet, so that was a bit weird. It was ready probably exactly when originally estimated, so not bothered, but just had me stood around waiting for a while, rather than sat in the car, so knock it down a star for the confusion. Atmosphere is a bit awkward as it's a man behind a counter and then an area to stand in with nothing to do but make yourself look like you're not waiting.Parking: I'm not sure if it classes as a parking lot, but it has its own little area. Plenty of space at all times and even if not, plenty of parking on the street next to it

My reception was a bit bad when I rang 1st time couldn't hear me and 19 times after I rang all they did was cut the fone and put it on hold really bad service I dnt know how pizza hut can give people who run it like this there name what a shame.??

got my whole order wrong gave a meat feast pizza which isn’t even halal and was not ordered at all, when rang they first said yes they sent it wrong but then the store manager said we ordered from the wrong pizza hut, we did not! they didn’t want to accept their mistake, also the fact they missed out the rest of the order! DO NOT ORDER FROM HEREVegetarian options: gave me meat when i’m vegetarian
